What is Diamond Fluorescence?

Diamond fluorescence is how ultraviolet (UV) light affects a diamond and whether a diamond emits visible light when exposed to UV rays. Fluorescence is common in diamonds, the GIA estimates that 25 to 35 per cent of diamond’s they graded in the last decade have some degree of fluorescence.

DeRocks only supplies diamonds that have no fluorescence because it negatively impacts the brilliance and value of a diamond.
