All orders made through the DeRocks online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by the customer (you)—we’re not required to provide a refund if you change your mind for any reason.
Each piece of jewellery can take days or weeks to create from start to finish. Some products may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 10 days from the date you receive the product.
The customer is responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, plus all shipping fees to return the product to us. We don’t refund for "buyer's remorse”.
No refunds are given on custom engraved merchandise and any custom made jewellery.
If you think your product is damaged or defective you can return it to us at your own expense—DeRocks decides the validity of your claim. We will rectify anything that’s our responsibility (like a manufacturing fault), and will work with customers to reach an outcome that’s mutually satisfactory.
